About Reiki

Usui Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 1920’s by Dr Mikao Usui.

It is universal life force energy channelled through a Reiki practitioner using gentle hand placements to rebalance the body's energy systems (Chakra’s).

Reiki is intuitive and goes where it is needed encouraging health flow of energy to heal on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level providing a truly holistic experience. It provides a deep relaxation evoking a sense of calm and overall peace and

well-being.

If your energy is not free flowing through all your energy points due to an emotional or physical issue this can lead to you feeling a sense of dis-ease in your body or mood.

Reiki loosens the blocked energy and cleanses the body of toxins restoring its natural energy flow and balance.
