I am a Reiki Master Practitioner based in Northampton & Birmingham and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

Having had energy healing myself for over 20 years and seeing how much it has helped me on a mental, physical & emotional level; I decided to train as a Reiki practitioner to share this gentle but powerful healing practice with my passion for helping others to get back to being the best version of themselves.

I meditate daily and have attended weekly mindfulness & meditation classes for many years.

Mental health is very close to my heart and have spent time studying to gain counselling qualifications helping to get to know myself and support others.

I am fascinated by the mind, body & spiritual connection and how energy healing encourages the natural ability for our bodies to heal our inner health and well-being.
